This unit provides ventilation, warmth and light all in one unit.  Ventilation for baths up to 65 square feet, 1350 watts of heat and fluorescent lighting.

Combination ceramic heater warms the room with 1350 watts of heating power, providing 4600 BTUs utilizing a self regulating ceramic heating element for enhanced safety, producing maximum heat while maintaining a low surface temperature with automatic overheat protection.

The ceramic element regulates the amount of electricity flow depending on temperature and adjusts it accordingly.
