The Heath Zenith SL-6168 Wireless Door Entry Alert lets you know when a specific door is opened. 

Maybe you are concerned about a child going out a door leading to a pool area or you might be concerned about an elderly person that wanders.  Possibly there is a room that shouldn't be entered.  Do you want to know if a child leaves their bedroom during the night?  There are so many uses for the Heath Zenith SL-6168 Entry Alert.

The chime activates when the magnetic sensor separates.  The sensor is 2 pieces.  One piece is placed on the door frame and the other is placed on the door.  When the door opens the 2 pieces separate activating the alarm.

The chime portion of the unit plugs in to a standard electrical outlet making it portable and convenient.

Up to a 100' transmission range which means you can move the chime to various places in your home - please test the product to be sure the unit operates properly at your desired chime location.
