RETURN POLICY -

Please inspect all products immediately and report any damage or defect to us.

All returns or exchanges are to be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by an RMA number.

RMA numbers can be obtained by calling our office at 636-677-9999.

Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Shipping charges will be deducted from refund for returns due to wrong address provided by the customer.

All returns and exchanges must be in brand new condition, never installed, in original box with all product, accessories and paperwork.

Do not write on or deface the original box in any way.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Special order parts or products are not returnable or refundable.

Display units and any products listed "as is" and are not returnable or refundable.
